subscription disabled, no open invoices, all correct, no chance to get support, looping in cycles of automated recommendations

My pay-as-you-go subscription is disabled. I've tried all of the automated help recommendations. All invoices are settled. Upgrade of support plan is not possible, no chance to get any support from Microsoft, just looping endless in cycles of automated recommendations which don't solve the problem.

A really desperate situation.

    Try with any one of the below options that could help you.

    You can reach out Azure billing and subscription management team by creating a billing support request. Billing support requests via the Azure portal is free for all Azure customers and doesn't require a paid support plan. Please select 'Billing' under 'issue type' while creating the support request.
