Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert certification missing from profile

Hello,

I passed the MD-102 exam today and met all of the requirements for Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, but the certification is missing from my Microsoft profile.

I received the email "Congratulations! You’ve earned your Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert certification." and I can see it listed in my 'Activity', but the cert is not reflected in the Credentials/Certifications page of my profile. MD-102 is listed.... Please advise.
