Can't detach the payment method / credit card

I have been trying to remove my credit card since last month, but azure doesn't let it happen. Always says,

“This billing profile is in the middle of a billing period, and there are pending charges accumulating on this billing profile. To remove this payment method, wait until the end of the billing period so charges are correctly calculated.”

I deleted my subscription, tried to remove card at the middle and the end of the April. Till now, I get the same message again like last month and I don't know what to do except of cancelling my credit card by bank.

Is there a solution?
