Top parameter with filter is not working as expected.

Hi Guys,
I am using top and filter parameter to get the list of top 10 sites having the display name contains 'ABC'. But instead of getting top 10 values with applied filter, the top is applied on the result then its filtering the top values. Please help me to get top 10 sites have the display name contains 'ABC'.
