I think you need to unregister your SQL VM from Azure SQL IaaS agent extension.

I have a big problem, well i have a virtual machine that have windows server 2016 and i have install SQL server express 2016 R2, that's okay.
But when i go to my Azure portal and go to the resource group of that machine it have create me a SQL Virtual Machine and i didn't make that creation.
I have deleted it many times and it still apearing in the azure portal including in the SQL Virtual machine secction.
How i can disabled that automatic creation or what is causing this problem for me.
