I had created an Azure account. But I found I can register a free account for educational purposes.

Could you please help me to learn Azure? Because I am starting learning this environment.

    Has your credit card been used before, it can't be used to signup to a free Azure subscription twice?

    If your a student, you can look into Azure for Students, which doesn't need a credit card: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/students/
