Unable to upgrade Windows 11 21H2 to 23H2 ISO method

Morning,

I'm trying to upgrade Windows 11 21H2 to 23H2.

Upgrade stop at 65%.

Add the setuperr.log

Seuptact.log its too large to upload.

I tried all /DISM... etc...
