I can't activate Entra ID P2 premium to follow training exercises.

I'm trying to activate the P2 premium free trial to follow the training exercises but when I try to set up an account I get this response:

Something happened We need some more information to verify your order. Please contact support for assistance. Click here to open a support ticket. To better assist you, please provide the following information to the Customer Service Representative:

  • Error code 43881.

My exam is in a week and I need it to help me prepare for it

    Researched on this error code and noticed few cases internally regarding this error, this can be resolved by contacting our support - https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2 based on your country code select the appropriate contact number and get a case created with our subscription team further they will validate your details using and further you will be able to activate the P2 premium free trial.
