OneDrive upload not working

I have 1TB of storage with my Office 365 subscription and have currently used about 25% of it.

I share a particular folder with others so they can download or upload particular files. This has been working for ages and, although they cam still download, suddenly, none of them can upload. The button is visible in their browsers but doesn't do anything.

I have searched the Internet for this problem but cannot find anything.

I can still upload.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @bertram12
    does the 25% mean if you go to manage storage it shows only 25% in use? Or ist it just based on the fiels you have stored locally?
