Excel graph for growing spreadsheet with some reoccuring data

I have a spreadsheet where each week I will append new lines to the bottom of it showing how much free space certain locations have that week. The spreadsheet has three columns; "Location", "% Free" and "date". So each week I will add ~10 lines all with the same date. The locations will mostly be repeats but occasionally locations will be added or removed from the list. So here's an example of what the data will look like...

I'm hoping someone knows how to add a graph that can display this? I think I'd like the Date along the X axis, the % Free along the Y axis and maybe a scatter graph or something like that to show the different locations? Or I'm open to better ideas. I'm not strong in excel and have been fighting for a while to figure out how to do this so the graph will grow as data is added to the spreadsheet. Any help would be appreciated!

    @OxBaker ,

    As the reoccuring data of "Location" with the same one date, I would suggest you insert the pivot table chart, it would list these reoccuring data.

    First, please select the data include headers, press Ctrl + Q > Tables, create a table.

    Second, select the table > go to Insert > Charts > PivotChart > Darg "Date" and "Location" to Axis, drag "Free %" to Legend and Values, besides set the caculation as Sum.

    If you add data at the bottom of table, after doing it, just go to Data > Queries & Connections group > Refresh All, then the pivot chart would be updated automatically.
