Pipeline creating error

I am creating a new pipeline for deploying a project. When I run the pipeline, Job is sent to queued. An then the following error occurs,"##[error]No hosted parallelism has been purchased or granted. To request a free parallelism grant, please fill out the following form https://aka.ms/azpipelines-parallelism-request".

    You either need to submit the request by using the form referenced by the error message or bill the charges associated with the parallelism against your Azure subscription. For the latter, refer to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/organizations/billing/change-azure-subscription?view=azure-devops
