Error Code: 53003

I have just created an account in Azure Portal but when I log in I get the error 53003. I have tried with different emails and I get the same.
I have read that this "mainly occurs due to a Conditional Access policy set by your organization’s IT administrator".
The problem is that I don't have any organization attached to that email and if there is one I would like to remove it from that organization to have my own account. I added my card details when creating the account, so I'm worried now that some else could spend money on my behalf.
