Experiencing authentication issues

Hi, I am new to Azure I recently created an account on the Azure portal with my university account, and whenever I try to sign in, the following message is shown:

later I changed the "preferred Services Hub email address" to another one.

Now when I want to confirm the new address I'm redirected to the support center and while trying to sign in this error popup is constantly coming

Also whenever I try to explore Azure features I see another message

Can you please help me sort this out? Thank you in advance
