Hi,

I have to publish my created Service Offering on the SCSM Portal. As I know only the user who have been assigned a user role that is associated with a catalog group that contains catalog items.

How can I add the users and give them right to see the SO on the Portal?

    Hey there PerserPolis-1732

Thats a good question and hanks for using QandA platform.

first assign the needed user roles to the users who should have access to the SO on the Portal.

Make sure that the user roles assigned to the users are associated with catalog groups that contain the catalog items related to your SO.

Verify that the user roles have the necessary permissions to view the SO and related catalog items. Permissions should include read access to the SO and any related resources.

If this helps kindly accept the answer thanks much.

    Hi,

Service Manager use RBAC to control the access right. We could assign a user to a user role.
