Not able to delete the attachment in my devops Board item

I'm currently facing an issue with deleting an Excel attachment in Azure Boards. Despite my attempts to remove the file, it continues to appear in my email alert detection system. This is a matter of urgency as the attachment contains confidential information that needs to be deleted immediately.

I have necessary permission to delete the file.
