@Mayur Malekar Thanks for reaching out.

How can I verify is it applicable to me You need to manually validate all your applications that are communicating with service bus and if you have configured egress firewalls in any of the network for your hosted application communicating with your service bus.

As you can configure anywhere egress firewalls with IP address outside the Azure environment/on premise etc so this needs manual validation across all the application. This notification would be send to all the customers who have created the service bus resources.
