You can open the command prompt as an administrator on your Windows 11 computer and type "ver" to view the current Win11 version number:

If your version information is in this link, you are still on Windows 11.

As mentioned, this is by design. WSUS's Version column displays the Windows Update Agent version on the client, and Windows 11 is Windows 10 under the hood as you can see from the output of 'ver' at the command prompt.
WSUS Automated Maintenance (full disclosure, our product) can rename the Operating System column into nice easy to understand version names.
You may wish to try this script - it will update the operating system description for you as well as adding the edition and release information, and it's completely free.
