So I coded tic tac toe as a school project and my school IT department wanted to wipe my PC laptop. So I had to download Visual Studio again. But now the code I worked on gives me this when I try to load it, and my teacher doesn't know how to fix it.
so I decided to ask here and see if anyone has had the same or similar.

Hello, the screenshot shows the project file. Could you tell us how you “load” the project?
You can view the code files in the Solution Explorer:
If I misunderstood, please share me detailed information or steps.
So I press the open file button and pick out the .sin file for the project and then it gives me a message that says "This is a solution file. Do you want to close the current solution and open this file as a solution" Then I press yes and it loads the same text that I showed in the image I attached. EDIT: Just after sending the text above did I find the solution to the problem.
