I am following through the tutorial from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/webhooks-and-connectors/how-to/add-outgoing-webhook?tabs=urljsonpayload%2Cjavascript
I am using the nodejs implementation from the github repo provided in the documentation. After triggering the webhook with @members, no request is sent to my web server.

As shown in below screenshot you need to @mention the outgoing webhook name followed by supported commands like hero-card, list-card etc.

2024-03-12T14:14:47.7833333+00:00 @Anonymous - I did mention the outgoing webhook that I created. I wanted to check if there was any response in the "data" event by printing payload to stdout. It did not work. We found the graph REST API for our usecase. If we use the webhooks then I will reopen the issue.
