    Hi,

The Error 1603 typically indicates a fatal error during installation. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this:

    Review the Setup Log:

Look into the Setup log for more detailed information.

The log file you mentioned is located at: C:\Users\ussaqibnadmin\AppData\Local\Temp\2\KB5031649-AMD64-Server.msp.1.log.

Look for any specific error messages or clues about what might be causing the failure.

    Hi,

Error 1603 can occur due to various reasons, such as folder encryption, substitute drive access, or permissions issues. It is necessary to have more precise information about the error message to address it effectively.

Most of the significant events are written to "Operations Manager" event log. This helps troubleshoot this issue.

Installation notes for Operations Manager 2022 UR2

You must run this update rollup as an administrator.

If you don't want to restart the computer after you apply the console update, close the console before you apply the update for the console role.

If this is a fresh installation of System Center Operations Manager 2022, after installation, wait for a few hours (generally 6–8 hours) before you apply this update rollup.

If User Account Control is enabled, run the .msp update files at an elevated command prompt.

I have tried theses suggestions. My user account is a Domain Admin and I have made sure the console is not running when attempting the upgrade. When I run the upgrade from MS it goes to 100% installed and then it gives a x80070643 error. I have rebooted the server many times during this process.
