I do not agree! I want to log in into my account, and need to so without an Authenticator! Where can I fix it? Where the heck can I find a support person, since the phone is no longer manned??
I cannot log into my Teams Account (Azure)
I have now 10 tabs open, that all asked me to log into my account. So here we go:
I want to log into my MS Teams App on my laptop. I enter the email, I enter the password. Then I am required to enter an Authenticator code.
I open the Authenticator app on my phone, but this account is not yet connected. So I start connecting it, until it asks me to scan a QR code. Where the heck do I find that? So now both the Authenticator app AND my laptop ask me for a code, with no solution as to how to bypass or solve this.
I am using my Azure account professionally, so it would be splendid if I could access my account again!!!!!!!
