Pin New Teams via XML

I am attempting to pin new teams using an xml file. With the current line: <start:Tile Size="2x2" Column="0" Row="0" AppUserModelID="MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe!MSTeams" />

It displays an icon that doesnt fit the format of the others. Is anbody aware of a way to format this such as the other office apps on the start menu?

I am also getting the same problem.

I have tried multiple methods to get it pinned to both the start menu and the taskbar. Neither of them work using the method mentioned in that article.
