I reset the pc to its factory setting and suddenly my system is not active troubleshooting doesn't work i can't enter the code again since it was embedded into motherboard one hour i had an active system and now i dont and dont know what to do

    Hello,

    Run this command to get the key from your motherboard.

    Open an elevated CMD prompt:

    run -- wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey

    this will pull the key from the firmware if it exists.
