I started a free account for a classroom project and put my dad's credit card on the account with the assurance that the service would be free. Somehow it charged my dad's credit card $40 so we looked at everything and found some services that were somehow not free. We changed everything to free and now we have a new bill for $100+ and we can't understand why we were charge or HOW TO DELETE IT. How do we stop getting charged for a free account for a classroom project? I just want to delete the whole thing but can't do that and can't even remove the credit card. We tried calling customer service and got a machine that told us to create a ticket and hung up on us. This is the worst customer support ever and seems like a scam. Please help me delete my account and refund the $100+ we were charged when EVERYTHING was marked free.
