I have two WD auxiliary drives. One (MYCLOUDEX2ULTRA) is fully accessible on the network:Screenshot 2024-03-11 MYCLOUDEX2ULTRA

The other (MYCLOUD-GRRHAC) which has a similar number of folders and files, only shows two folders:

It was mapped/functioning properly and now I've lost access.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

If you cannot see the expected folder, please kindly try below steps to troubleshoot from Windows aspects:

1.Remap the drive and see if you can see the folders.

2.In file explorer, go to "view" selection and check if the folders are hidden to you.

3.Connect to the NAS drive from another windows client with your user account and see if it works. It will help narrow down the issue.

4.Right-click on the folder property and check if your user account is assigned with proper permission.

Hope this answer can help you well.

    Best regards,

    Jill Zhou
