I keep getting BSOD with various error codes.

my computer started to act strange, getting BSOD few weeks back.
I've tried to bootrec /fixmbr , fixboot, rebuildbcd chkdsk c: and sys scannow and mem checks, but even after all bsod is keep coming back.
So I reset my computer using cloud OS download, and yet bsod is still coming .
It usually comes when I turn on my computer, if I start an app it will bring bsod.
