Hi,

The Last refresh at on Azure Backup items doesn't change. The backup does happen every night and there are no issues with the backup however the last refresh at or time/date doesn't change.

    Hi Samuel,

If the backups are indeed occurring nightly without issue, but the timestamp isn't updating, there could be a few things worth checking or trying to resolve this discrepancy.

Cache or Browser Issue: Sometimes, the Azure portal might not update in real-time due to browser caching issues. Try refreshing your browser, clearing the cache, or even trying a different browser to see if the timestamp updates.

Portal Glitch: Azure Portal might occasionally have glitches. Logging out and then logging back in, or checking the portal after some time, might reflect the correct information.

Time Zone Differences: Ensure that there's no time zone confusion. Sometimes, the displayed times are in a different time zone than expected, which might not seem like it's updating as per your local time.

Check Azure Monitor: Use Azure Monitor to verify the backup tasks. It can provide detailed logs on the operations of Azure Backup, which might offer insights into the refresh timestamp not updating.

Service Health: Check Azure Service Health in the Azure Portal to ensure there are no ongoing issues with Azure Backup that could be affecting this.

Reach Out to Support: If none of the above solutions work, it might be time to contact Azure Support. This could be a backend issue that needs to be resolved on their end. Providing them with specific details of your backup items, the expected refresh times, and any other relevant information could be very helpful.

While it's good news that your backups are happening without issues, it's understandable that you'd want all aspects of the service, including the UI indicators like the "Last refresh at" timestamp, to accurately reflect the state of your backups for peace of mind and monitoring purposes.

Let me know if any of these steps work for you or if you've already tried some of them.
