When viewing SharePoint online site site analytics, the "Avg time spent per user" show no data for last 7, 30 and even 90 days, the graph was blank. There are other sites in the same tenant got data and the graph show activities.

What could be wrong? Do we have to turn on certain settings to get data?

Thanks

Tee

    Hi @Nguyen, Tee,

There is no user-side setting needed to turn on to get usage data in SharePoint Online. The site analytic reports are automatically generated. I suggest you access the site using another browser to see if the issue is caused by browser caches.

If the issue still persists, there may be something wrong in the Microsoft backend which causes this issue. As normal users have no access to the backend, you need to create a service request in Microsoft 365 admin center to report this issue to Microsoft. Experts there will give you instant support and help you check from the backend.
