I'm a host and I started a meeting. People joined the meeting but I can't see them. They see 'wait for host to start the meeting' but I've started it already

I have multiple meetings and most of the people who join, join via link. The link is the same for all meetings in my calendar. I start a meeting and wait and see that no one has joined, but I get messages on my phone saying that they are waiting for me to start the meeting.

    Hi @Nathaniel Ranis

    Could you please tell me:

Did you enable the lobby when creating the meeting?

According to my test, when you enable the lobby, participants will first enter the lobby when entering the meeting. At this time, Teams will notify you that the participants are waiting for you to join the meeting. You (and anyone else allowed to admit people) will see a list of people in the lobby. From there you can choose to admit or deny them.

If you want to skip this step (start the meeting directly), you can configure the "Who can bypass the lobby?" option in the meeting.
