Hello my friends,
I'm having trouble accessing my VM via Putty with the access key using Puttygen. I can access it the first time and then I can't access VM with Putty, no more with CMD or Bastion with Ubuntu terminal locally with the PEM file generated in Painel.
There really is some configuration or internal blocking problem.
I await your response!

Could you please provide more information about the issue like error message. and also have you tried accessing the VM using the Azure portal's built-in SSH client, Azure Bastion?

2024-03-13T07:19:01.57+00:00 Below is the error image. It was connecting normally with the generated and configured Puttygen key. Now it no longer accesses Putty, Bastiao and SSH using the Azure CLI. I'm almost certain that there is something wrong with the VM and a security issue.

If you don't have a support plan enabled on your subscription, I request you to send an email to AzCommunity@Microsoft.com with Subject as "Attn:Vikas" referencing this thread along with your subscription ID.
