From a Teams perspective, please ensure that the administrator enables the Teams video calling and screen sharing function in the Meeting Policy in the Teams admin center.
If you have this feature enabled and you are running Teams Classic on HyperV, try using New Teams or try disabling GPU acceleration in Teams Classic.
According to the documentation, programs that rely on specific hardware do not work properly in HyperV virtual machines. For example, games or applications that require GPU processing may not run properly.
