Azure Function 502 error

Azure Function 502 error

I have a Azure Function that started giving 502 error since a couple hours ago. Even the homepage (https://function-name.azurewebsites.net/) returns HTTP 502 as well.

Same 502 error from multiple clients. Tried restarting the Function but still experiencing the same issue.

@Jim L Thanks for reaching out. I would suggest you look into the function invocation logs and the application insights end to end transaction logs to get more details about this issue. You can also look into the Diagnose and solve problems blade in the Function portal and run the "Function app down or reporting errors" detector to see if there are any issues related to platform during the time the issue was seen.

The diagnose and solve problems blade wasn't very helpful (it did get me to post the question here in the first place). There was no relevant log in Application Insights. It does seem odd because even the homepage was getting 502 errors.

The issue remains but I decided not to spend more time investigate it.
