Hi,

I have received an email 2 days ago about Azure API Management APIs being retired prior to version "2021-08-01". According to the docs the deadline for this was 30 September 2023. I did not see any communications about this until 2 days ago and my API management instance is still working fine, apart from a warning on the Overview blade.

I tried upgrading the minimum API version to "2022-08-01"via Terraform but the Azure Portal is still complaining about using an old version even though the JSON view shows the correct(?) API version:

Is there anything else I need to do? I updated the APIM instance almost 12 hours ago but the same warning about the old version number got regenerated again so I'm not sure I've done the right thing.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Tamas

@tamas-kr Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A, apologize for any inconvenience caused on this.

You need the update the value of minApiVersion property higher than 2021-08-01 to avoid flagging the particular Api management instance from these recommendations.

Based on the above shared information, I have understood that you have updated that particular property minApiversion 12 hours ago but still you are seeing this recommendation under recommendation tab.

Could you please wait for 24hours and let us know see if you are still seeing the recommendation.
