I am using a Windows workspace on Microsoft Remote Desktop. I have two separate accounts for Outlook/Teams. I'm logged into one on my Mac and then on my workspace that I access via Remote Desktop, I am logged into the other. Is it possible to forward the notifications to my Mac for teams and outlook or to just get the notification alert for teams notifications when something happens on my Windows workspace?

Alternatively, if I can get all notifications from my workspace to show up on my Mac via remote desktop that works too.

    Hi @Waruna Yapa

I'm afraid forwarding notifications directly from a Windows workspace to a Mac is not natively supported at this time. However, you can set up email rules or rules within Teams to achieve a similar effect.

In your Windows workspace’s Outlook, create a rule that forwards specific emails (e.g., notifications) to your Mac’s email address.

In Microsoft Teams on your Windows workspace, go to Settings > Notifications. Customize your notification preferences (e.g., mentions, chats, etc.). If you receive a Teams notification, you'll get an email notification (if you've set up email notifications for Teams).
