We are building a microsoft teams bot, which requires several graph api permissions and for that teams administartor need to provide consent via bot configuration or from azure portal.
We observed that many times, when we call graph api after getting admin consent it throws 403 forbidden errors, and this issue got resolved after 2-3 hours.
Is there any significance delay between granting admin consent and reflect permissions changes on graph api? Is this problem mentioned somewhere on official docs of microsoft graph or azure?
