How to install ADUC on Win11 via offline or via SCCM

Hi All,

I am trying to install ADUC on Win11 as preparation for Windows LAPS. I tried to manually install via iso from MS website, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-desktop/windows-11-language-packs. This method works, but as per our SCCM we need to limit the file as the current iso is 6GB. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you.
