I have registred a domain on microsoft but whenever but I have an issue with sending emails to a specific user within our organization's domain, which is registered with Microsoft. Whenever I attempt to send an email to this user using any address from our domain, I receive the following error message: "Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it."
Automatic forwarding is blocked by default and that mailbox has it set:
Did all the users get this issue when send external messages?
As Andy said, this issue may be caused by Automatic forwarding is blocked by default.
You could check this settings in Microsoft Defender portal at https://security.microsoft.com:
go to Email & Collaboration > Policies & Rules > Threat policies > Anti-spam in the Policies section. Or, to go directly to the Anti-spam policies page, use https://security.microsoft.com/antispam
Make sure that __Automatic forwarding rules __is set to ON
