Online Archive Folder disappears automatically..

My Colleagues using outlook app in their laptop Many users having the Online Archive folder. But recent days they're facing one common issue which is their Online Archive folder automatically disappear within a min after open outlook. I tried few diagnostics steps like remove the existing profile and create the new profile for the same user. Its working only 1 or 2 days after that same issue came

Please suggest

What is your account type (POP/IMAP/Exchange)?

What is your Outlook client version? Please make sure to update to the latest version.

Can I understand the loss of the Archive folder as shown in the screenshot below?

Account Type Exchange

I can see the same folder in Browser but can't be able to see in outlook client.

Multiple versions, Many affected users with different outlook client version

This could be due to several reasons, such as synchronization issues, view settings, or the number of folders exceeding the limit that Outlook can display. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Reset All Views in All Folders: This can help if the view settings in Outlook are causing the problem.

Check Folder Visibility: In OWA, right-click on the folder and check if it’s marked as visible. Also, in the Outlook client, you can press ctrl+6 to show the folder list and see if the missing folder appears.

Please make sure your Outlook desktop client is updated to the latest version.

While pressing ctrl+6 Online Archive folder is not available in Outlook client.

But it's available in OWA

Is it displayed on the client but not available?
