Facing issue while creating resource group

Question

Hi Folks can anyone help me for following issue

i have pay-as-you go model subscription and my subscription is in active state.

but when im trying to create resource group it shows thrown the error like

You do not have permissions to create resource groups under subscription Azure subscription 1.

and one more thing im the owner of subsription

It appears that you are not the owner.

Verify by following the instructions at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/role-based-access-control/role-assignments-list-portal#list-or-manage-privileged-administrator-role-assignments
