Not able to find certificate in profile

It seems that you are not able to find your certification profile and connect it to your Learn account. If you are receiving a message that says "No certificate profile found," it is possible that you have not yet created a certification profile. You can create a certification profile by registering to take a certification exam. Once you have created a certification profile, you can connect it to your Learn account by following the steps outlined in the "Connect a certification profile to Learn" article. If you are still having trouble, you can contact the Microsoft certification support team to merge your accounts before connecting to Learn
