Request for AZ-400 Exam Certificate Delivery Adjustment

I recently completed the AZ-400 exam (10/03/2024) using my personal email (******@gmail.com). i am not received yet my certificate in any mail ID .I want to received my certificate on below mail ID
******@gmail.com as soon as possible .my MCID is MCID:995272800 , for professional correspondence.
please look into this matter and give it high priority..
