i have folder named silke and i dont know what that is and its taking quite a bit space as well as decreasing my performance is it a virus or something
There is no way that we could possibly know what the contents of that folder contain. Have you run a full Defender scan? Is that folder somewhere in C:\users or in C:\Windows? What are the file names in the folder?
