How can I set up a connection between Intune Admin Center and Teamviewer?

I am attempting to establish a connection between Intune and Teamviewer so that I can start a remote session of a device from Intune Admin Center. I followed the authentication process (including the required update migration) for some devices on Teamviewer, but when I try to establish the connection on the Microsoft side, Teamviewer gets stuck in part of the process. I found a TID from Teamviewer's knowledgebase article at this link, but I was hoping for advice from someone on the Microsoft side who has encountered this issue and knows the correct steps to take to establish the connection.

I originally posted this in the Microsoft Community forum at this link but have a feeling this is where the question belongs to get access to technical experts from Microsoft.

    @CNMSOSL,Thanks for posting in Q&A.

    From your description, I know you got stuck in the process of TeamViewer setting.

    Please check the following:

    1.The administrator configuring the TeamViewer connector must have an Intune license.

    2.Only a Global administrator or Intune administrator in the Intune admin center can onboard TeamViewer.

    3.Use a supported Intune-managed device:

    • Android device administrator (DA)
    • Android Enterprise personally owned devices with a work profile (BYOD)
    • iOS/iPadOS
    • macOS
    • Windows

    4.A TeamViewer (opens TeamViewer's web site) account with the sign-in credentials.

    And you can follow the link below to create the connection between Microsoft Intune and TeamViewer.

    If there is any update, feel free to let me know.
