How to add a Pin for your account and speak to a physical person.

I am absolutely livid with Microsoft. I have called 4 different numbers to try and receive help and have had zero luck speaking to someone and the calls just get hung up on me. How can I physical speak with someone the problems I am having cannot be resolved through online. I can't get logged into Microsoft word on my computer because the system is for some reason asking for a stupid security pin that I HAVE NEVER SET UP BEFORE. I have tried everything to try and get it setup but it still asks for a pin to set up the pin itself which makes absolutely no sense to me. I have never experienced something so incredibly ridiculous in all my life. If someone can help me I would extremely appreciate it as I have no idea what else to do at this point.
