My company's admin account is now requirering Authenticator code without any alternativa. We never had Authenticator. Cannot login - HELP!

Question

We are no longer able to access Microsoft Admin Console because the user account thar we used is now requirering a MS Authenticator Code. We never associated an Authenticator to this user account. We just logged in and that was it.

How can we remove the authenticator request or get the QR code for it in my mobile's authenticator, if we cannot access the account?

Have you configured a backup for this earlier? if so, you can restore it without any issues. If not, you will have to reach out to your IT admin/support team to reset your MFA and then with the new security code try to re-add the account.
