Authenticator app not receiving authentication requests.

When I try and log in to my work or any account that has linked credentials to MS Authenticator, MS Authenticator does not receive the request sent by the account and I need to "verify" through using another method (text).

I have two accounts, I have a work account and my Business account.

How can I resolve this.
