Hi,

I'm on a free tier, and I am trying to deploy a MySQL Flexible server database in East US, and I keep hitting this error:

The resource write operation failed to complete successfully, because it reached terminal provisioning state 'Failed'. (Code: ResourceDeploymentFailure, Target: /subscriptions/xxxxxxx)

I have tried several times, and I am still getting the same error.

I've read that this is a quota issue. If this is the case, is it a limit on the free tier or on the region?

Thanks.

    Hi @Al

Please attempt to create a server in another region. It's conceivable that there may be a capacity issue in the East US region, preventing the creation of a server.

Sometimes provisioning is restricted in regions facing capacity constraints.

    Thank You!
