Error Code: 500121

Good day,

I'm a UNISA student and we use authenticator to access mylife email and my modules site, I have been struggling with authenticator, whenever I try to access mylife email it says I should authenticate and it gives me a two digit number to introduce on my authenticator but my authenticator also does the same thing(it gives me two digit number instead of giving me a space to introduce the numbers given on mylife or modules site.

I cant access my studies neither my emails and I cant also reset anything because I cannot access mylife emails, that means I cannot reset anything.

Is there a way I can go pass this?

Since you cannot reset by yourself, I would suggest you reach out to your IT admin/support team to reset your MFA and then with the new security code try to re-add the account.
