Issue with CA and LMS365 App

Question

Hi,

Issue with LMS365 App on Android Enterprise app. Looks like an issue with CA policy. We cannot access e.g word docs hosted in SharePoint. I guess because the are accessing content through the LMS365 app. How do I allow content to be accessed through the LMS365 App ?

@Mark Wright , From the error message, it shows that admin required your device to be managed. In "Device state", it shows unregistered. Here, we suggest to enroll this Android device into Intune and see if it is working.

As a reminder, I notice Ip address is in the picture. To protect the information in your environment, I suggest to hide this privacy information.

Hi, the device is enrolled into Intune already. Its just an issue with the LMS365 app trying to open files in Sharepoint.

Hi, thanks for getting in touch. I still cant get the app to work, all URLS should be opened in Edge now. I will get back to you. Thanks for your help much appreciated !

Hi all

@Mark Wright do you get this runing? I am experience the same issue.
I have two Policy, one CA is blocking the Access, it is saying that the Device is not Compliance..... But the Device is already enrolled and comliance, I have a lot of others Apps and they are all working... :(
