This is a feedback, not question.
A warning pops up when l create deployment in Azure Al Studio as attachment. Actually l have access and | have created 2 deployments, l think it is a bug

Regarding the warning message, it is possible that it is a bug. In this case, I would recommend you raise a support case through Azure portal.
In the meantime, you can try the following steps to see if they resolve the issue:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies and try creating the deployment again.
- Try creating the deployment in a different browser or in an incognito window.
- Try creating the deployment in a different Azure subscription or resource group.
